Booking reservations through Sun Realty , contact them directly at 800-346-9593 or 888-853-7770. Sun Realty provides complete services which includes cleaning services. Sun Realty is located at 6385 N. Croatan Hwy, Suite 101 ; Kitty Hawk , NC 27949 . Directions: Take a left at the first stoplight after crossing the Wright Memorial Bridge onto the Island . http://www.sunrealtync.com/

Booking reservations through Neil (Owner's Guest). Sun Realty provides NO services for owner's guest; however, they will provide you a cottage key and welcoming package.

Cleaning: Owner's guest must clean the cottage thoroughly when checking-out unless you have arranged for cleaning services for a fee of $ 65. Arrange for cleaning service at time of booking.

Cancelations: No penalty if made 45 days in advance of reservation date or if the reservation if filled by another party.
Penalty is $200 for weekly reservation or 1/2 rental rate for partial week reservations.

Refunds: Refunds will be made only in the event of an official evacuation.
